Miraflores

Miraflores can be seen in 2 days: the boardwalk over the Pacific cliffs on one, and Kennedy Park and Huaca Pucllana (a pre-Inca pyramid right in the middle of the city) on the other. December-April brings the year's best weather, with more sun and less humidity. It's Lima's most expensive district, with international-level hotels and restaurants. It's the safest, most modern neighborhood in the Peruvian capital, chosen by most tourists as their base, with paragliding over the sea as the boardwalk's signature activity.
