A late-19th-century building on pedestrian Florida Street, turned into the most elegant shopping arcade in the city centre. Beyond the shops, people come in to look up: the central dome is covered with murals painted in 1946 by Berni, Castagnino, Spilimbergo, Urruchúa and Colmeiro.
