Bequia

Bequia needs 2 days: Admiralty Bay harbor, with its row of bars and restaurants facing the sailboat dock, on one, and a boat excursion to the neighboring islands of Mustique or Tobago Cays to dive among sea turtles on the other. December-April is best. It's mid-to-high priced, with heavy sailboat and private yacht traffic. It's a classic stop on the eastern Caribbean sailing route, with a centuries-old artisanal whaling tradition still active under a subsistence quota, and its bay is considered one of the best natural anchorages in the Caribbean.
