Dingle needs 1 day: the colorful-housed fishing village, the classic starting point for the Dingle Peninsula Drive, a less-traveled alternative to the Ring of Kerry with cliffs and prehistoric sites. May-September is best. It's cheaper than Killarney, though seasonal tourism inflates prices in high summer. It's one of the last strongholds where Irish Gaelic (Gaeltacht) remains the everyday language on the street, and Fungie, a solitary dolphin that lived in its bay for 37 years until 2020, made it a world-famous destination long before the landscape alone did.
